Twisted friends haha

So...where to begin with this. Well I have a friend over here, how we became friends is beyond me, I'm a Mormon and he is quite anti-Mormon and normally that's not a good way to start things off but we seem to get along quite well.

For awhile now we’ve been going back and forth with this stupid story that we started telling to each other one day. Eventually we put a bit down on paper and then when I was on R&R, Quinn added a whole bunch of stuff. It was dumb enough to begin with haha, now it’s just ridiculous. He did have a really interesting comparison though; he’s pretty anti-organization/government/religion haha. Here it is below:

"Then, as luck would have it on this lovely sunny summer afternoon, the man with the horse came. For the kids, this was a most magical time. Shoed and shoeless, they’d all run home and try to return with the 25 cents needed to be entitled to sit in the saddle and be led around by the horse owner. And as usual, more so than not, the harsh reality of being poor came to light. At best, maybe 2 would be able to take the ride, with all their friends watching. That’s what made you a real cowboy, your friend’s misfortune of being poor and the validation of envy. Funny, but this may be eerily similar to how politicians view the populous today, the similarities being; the holding of the reins, the taking of the money and screw the rest. The exception being; the horse isn’t in on it."
